

How to practise Self Love.
If you hear any internal chatter that sounds like "Why would they like me?", "I look awful no matter what I wear!" or "I'll never be as awesome as them..." then you may need to practise a little bit of self love. It can be easy to love our friends, family and partner - but we can forget that we need to show ourselves lots of lovin' too! So why don't we? It's just not a priority. Make it (perfect?)
Aiming to be perfect can be paralysing. Whether we're painting a picture, writing a song, sewing a dress or forming our own cult - we all start out wanting it to be positively poifect. Which is great! Aim high, be all you can be, etc etc. But when things start to go down hill, or we realise that it's not going to be as impeccably immaculate as we might like - we abandon ship. Activewear haters can get f*cked.
Confession: I spend about 80% of my waking hours adorned in activewear. That's right. I'm that lady at the supermarket wearing Puma runners.
